What do the reviews talk about?
Mostly the ordinary emergencies. A spring that let go overnight in Franklin. A door in Smyrna that would rise but not close once the temperature dropped below 55 degrees, which turned out to be the opener’s circuit board. A crack that kept growing until the door was replaced inside a week. One Spring Hill family has had us out four times in two years and blames the dog.
The other thread is people being told what they didn’t need. Melissa chose to change both springs when only one had broken, and that was her call; Jeanie was told her cables were fine for now and what sound would mean they weren’t. Those are the reviews we’d point a new customer to first.
