What should I have ready when I call about my garage door?

Your town, what the door is doing (won’t open, came down crooked, loud bang, opener light blinking) and, if you know it, the opener’s brand. For a new or custom door, the size of the opening and whether the house is built or still going up. That’s enough to tell you what the visit involves.

Can I email photos of the damage before you come out?

Yes. Send them to ccaro@kingdom-doors.com with your name, number and town. A wide shot of the whole door and a close one of the springs, cables or bent section help most. For an insurance claim, keep the originals for your adjuster as well.

I’m a builder. Can I set up an account with Kingdom Doors?
